Norwest Ingredients is a family owned and operated company with over 75 years of combined experience within the flavor industry.

We process and supply a wide range of natural essential oils, folded fruit essences and fractions.

Our passion for the flavor industry was founded in 1965 when Edgar L Cochran produced his first barrel of Peppermint oil. His spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial drive developed the first mechanical mint planter. This spirit and commitment to the industry continues today in his two sons Terry Cochran, Managing Partner and Jeffrey Cochran, Partner, of Norwest Ingredients, llc.
